Every certificate has a tamperproof design and is uniquely numbered in their database. Once you receive the certificate, you can call them with this unique certificate number and activate it. Activation of your certificate registers you as the legitimate owner of the piece. The estimated retail value may be used for insurance coverage purposes - our discounts ensure some built in equity in your purchase.";

You can pay from your own Paypal account if you wish. If you do not have a Paypal account or do not wish to open one, you can still use your credit card to pay through Paypal.
For items priced over US$10,000. Cashiers checks or money orders is the only way for you to make your payment, since Paypal will probably not allow you to make payments over US$10,000.00. Your shipment will include insurance for the item. For all items priced over $5000.00, shipping with insurance is FREE. The invoice that we send you requesting your cashiers check or money order will contain any taxes, shipping and insurance charges as applicable.";

For items priced over US$10,000, please contact us and we will direct you to US Bank for financing your purchase. We do not need any of your personal information - the bank will take care of that for you.";

We understand that you are making a sizeable investment in your jewelry and you may feel that you do not want the piece after you receive it, for whatever reason. If you need to return it to us, do so in the original packaging with all jewelry restraints in place in the jewelry box.
The return shipment must be postmarked within 2 days of receipt of the item through a trackable, insured, overnight carrier service such as USPS. In all fairness to a future customer of that item, we will need to appraise the piece all over again to ensure that the returned item is the correct item that we had shipped. Upon a satisfactory appraisal, we will issue you a complete refund after
(1) a $125 fee to cover re-appraisal costs and
(2) cost of shipping the item to you in the first place.
Absolutely no returns are accepted after the 2-day limit. Note that if the jewelry is removed from the original restraints in the jewel box, we reserve the right to decline your refund request.";

A cheaper and probably better alternative would be to locate one of your local established jewelers and consult them for your repair needs.
