We understand that you are making a sizeable investment in your jewelry and you may feel that you do not want the piece after you receive it, for whatever reason. If you need to return it to us, do so in the original packaging with all jewelry restraints in place in the jewelry box. <br>The return shipment must be postmarked within <b>2 days of receipt</b> of the item through a <u>trackable, insured, overnight</u> carrier service such as USPS. In all fairness to a future customer of that item, we will need to appraise the piece all over again to ensure that the returned item is the correct item that we had shipped. Upon a satisfactory appraisal, we will issue you a complete refund after <br>(1) a <b>$125</b> fee to cover re-appraisal costs and <br>(2) cost of shipping the item to you in the first place. <br>Absolutely no returns are accepted after the 2-day limit. Note that if the jewelry is removed from the original restraints in the jewel box, we reserve the right to decline your refund request.";
